Although the activities of the MIoD are limited to the territory of Mauritius, it does collaborate with other Institutes of Directors in the region and in the world. The MIoD has thus contributed to the launch of the African Corporate Governance Network, a forum that currently regroups 14 institutes of Directors in Africa and 6 affiliate members. The MIoD also forms part of the International Corporate Governance Network (“ICGN”) and is an active member of the Global Network of Director Institutes (“GNDI”).
