The Mauritius Institute of Directors in collaboration with ICSA Mauritius has set up the Company Secretaries Circle, allowing members to identify critical issues related to corporate governance and to share their experience and industry knowledge.

It acts as a technical resource or sounding board, thus providing a forum for company secretaries to identity relevant critical and current issues. Practice guidelines may be produced and, through consultation with government and regulators, this committee contributes to policy development. This forum an effective way to share best practices, and leverage lessons learnt and explore the challenges of delivering effective company secretarial service.
